It is of great worth to discuss whether or not which is more effective, e-books or books when students study. The Answer to this question can vary depending on each individual’s perspective. In my opinion, e-books is more effective than books. This is because studying with e-books make students use their time efficiently and also they can save their money in the long aspect.

First of all, e-books is more practical and efficient than books regarding time management. According to the research by ABN, one of the most renowned research education center in South Korea, people who use e-books when they study tend to manage their time efficiently more than others who didn’t. This study also showed that there are various function in e-books program which doesn’t have in paper books such as it can able to find keywords in a short time and write and erase whatever students want without any limitation with a electronic pen. Plus, students don’t need to use their time to bring heavy books at their cabinet. This indicates using e-books for studying is more effective and efficient for students.

In addition, using e-books is more economical than buying paper books for students. Even though people think that the cost of tablet PC is very expensive, total cost would not over than the cost of various paper books. This is because once e-book application was purchased, there are many contents for free and most of e-books are lower price than real books in these days. My sister’s experience is a good example of this. When she entered university as a freshmen 2012, she had to buy many stuff for studying. She went medical school so she needed various subjects books. It was very challenging for her since she had a shoe-string budget and the cost was very expensive than she had expected. However, she bought a tablet PC in the sophomore and used e-books for her studying. She could save a big of money and used other thing like house chores stuff.

In conclusion, I don’t think books is more effective as a educational stuff when students study compared to the past. This is because e-books is more effective and efficient to students. Plus, students can save their money in the long aspect.
