Q. What is your position in your company?

What are your duties and responsibilities? Give me as many details as you can.

A. I am employee in the performance planning department.

My responsibilities include supporting other coworkers and managing our departments.

I collect my coworkers's data and make a new document using it.

I manage our department also. For example I order some office supplies for my coworkers.

And I manage our department credit card. Sometimes my task is very easy

but when my coworkers didn't give me data I'm very hard.

Q. Please tell me about the most memorable training you have had in your company.

What kind of training was it? Why was it memorable? Provide as many details as you possible.

A. The most memorable training I've had was the comedian's class.

It was memorable because I didin't see comedians ever.

So I really wonder what their look like.

She was very pretty and humorous. And actually I was the host that class.

So I was nervous that time. But she understood my emceeing skills and help me to feel relieved.

Q. Did you ever have a problem with a particular project?

What was the problem and how was it resolved? Please provide as many details as possible.

A. I worked on planning opera performance project 3 months ago.

While I work on the project, I had a problem with everything.

Because I didn't know about opera and how to plan the performance.

So I studied hard about opera and asked my coworkers how to plan the performance.

Unfortunately, my performance failed because of changing plan.

But I can study about the opera and new project.

So I think that was good chance for me and I hope sometimes i success planning the performance.
