busy, so the employees do not have to worry about the time they spend on the
training.

Advantages

(서론) I think there are some advantages of
exercising alone instead of exercising with a group of people.  

(본론)
First of all, I can focus on my exercise. Obviously, exercising with other
people has more distraction especially, if they are my friends. For example, my
friends and I exercised together, we used to spend our time to have a chat.
Second, I can exercise to my level. It is most effective when I perform the
right exercise. In a group exercising, I will not get the best workout for my
current condition.

(결론)
For these reasons, I think exercising alone has good
points.
