To solve this problem, I suggest that we
should send an email to all employees to announce the importance of the
handbook. Also, we can have a training session about the handbook and check the
most important points. Taking a quiz about the handbook can be an effective way
to check if people are familiar with the handbook.

competition in the workplace than young people faced in previous generation.
  

(본론)
First, in today’s world, the process and structure of work and workplace have
changed a lot. It is more dependent on technology and young people today must
have technology skills and computer skills. Secondly, social skills are treated
more importantly than before. For example, people who have more personal
connections can be successful in the workplace. Like these, young people today
have to learn more things and have more skills to be successful.

(결론)
For these reasons, I think young people today face more competition in the
workplace than young people faced in previous
generation.
