Sample Answer

This picture was taken at the airport. What I notice first is some people standing in line.

Well, a woman on the left is wearing glasses, and she is standing behind the counter. She is talking to a man standing across the counter, so I guess she is in charge of ticketing. The man is wearing a black suit, and he is resting his hands on the counter.

Behind him, I can see three people standing in line. One man wearing a gray suit is holding a briefcase, and he has a big suitcase. Also, there are two women waiting to check-in.

In the background, I can only see two electronic fans, but there is nothing else special.

Overall, it seems like a typical airport scene.

I strongly believe that the government should fund a recycling program.

There are some reasons why I think so.

Firstly, natural resources are limited. It takes a long time to restore natural resources, and we are constantly unable to obtain them. Because of this, a recycling program would be very useful, and the government should take action.

It would be difficult for the public to carry out. 
Secondly, there is no land to dump trash. If we continue to produce garbage, we will be living in garbage dumps, and that would adversely affect our health.
For example, a few days ago, I bought a recycled notebook from an eco-friendly store. It was also cheap. I was very pleased.
