Some Ideas:

I personally think that open-mindedness is the most important.

There are a few reasons why I think this way.

Firstly, a person who is open-minded is always easy to talk to. There are less chances of an argument.   

Secondly, people who are open-minded can make a better teamwork in a team environment.

They are more willing to talk to one another.    

Lastly, open-mindedness creates a good characteristic.

Many people want to work with a person who is willing to listen to your ideas.

These are the reasons why I think open-mindedness is the most important.
