My strengths lie in interpersonal skills and my persuasion skills. I can usually win people over to my point of view. I possess and intuitive sense of people's talents and ability to contribute to a given problem. These skills seem to me to be directly related to this job. I try to gain knowledge by reading the industry's trade journals. I'm also currently enrolled in a time-management course. I can already see the effects of this course at work in my present job.

My key strength is that I am able to think of creative solutions for the problems I encounter. I always believe that a problem may be addressed in a lot of ways, but you need to be creative when thinking of solutions. I am able to think outside of the bos. This enables me to find the best solution for every decision I make and every action I take.

I like reading non-fiction, especially biographies of famous people. The last biography I read was of Thomas Edison. I was impressed that although he faced many difficulties as a young schoolboy, he became one of the leading scientists of his time. This reinforces my belief that if you are determined, you can succeed.  

저는 논픽션, 특히 유명한 사람들의 전기 읽는 것을 좋아합니다. 제가 최근에 읽은 것은 토머스 에디슨의 전기입니다. 저는 그가 어린 시절 많은 역경에 부딛혔음에도 불구하고 그 시대를 선도하는 과학자 중의 한 사람이 되었다는 것에 크게 감동받았습니다. 이것은 단호한 결심을 가지면 성공할 수 있다는 저의 신념을 더 굳게 해 주었습니다.

The last book I read was a detective suspense novel. From this book I learned that careful study of facts can lead to the best and most accurate solution. But you have to be able to discern the important facts from the misleading clues.

I read a marketing book that featured various examples in business today. The book covered success storieds, failures, and analysis, which was good because the cases were true.

Since college, I've developed a great fondness for helping those in need. I have been a volunteer for hospitals and now, in my free time, I volunteer at a soup kitchen.

대학 때부터 어려운 사람들을 돕는 일을 좋아했습니다. 그래서 지금까지 병원에서 자원 봉사를 해왔고 요즘은 시간이 나면 무료급식소에서 활동하고 있습니다.

I've been involved in Cancer Prevention Association Fundraising ever since my grandmother died from the disease. In the back of my mind, I guess I'm hoping that the research can lead to findings in time to save the life of someone else.

My dream job is closely matched to this job that I am applying for. I've always seen myself as a manager of an effective, tight-knit team of engineers, and that's what I would like to establish here. In addition, your company is involved in many projects that I have followed with great interest over the past few years.

제가 꿈꾸는 직업은 제가 지원하고 있는 이 일과 거의 일치합니다. 저는 언제나 효율적이고 빈틈없는 기술팀의  팀장이 되는 것을 꿈꿔왔고 그것이 바로 제가 이곳에서 이루고자 하는 일입니다. 더욱이 귀사는 지난 몇 년간 제가 큰 관심을 기울여 온 많은 프로젝트에 참여하고 있습니다.
