1. Time for Gathering : Currently, we're seeing each other at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays.
And under the agreement, we sometimes reschedule. It's flexible.

2. Introduction : We've been having this meeting here since Oct. last year.
4-6 out of 8 members on average attend the meeting every week. (M: 5, F: 3)

4. Membership fee : None (Just order your own beverage. That's all)

5. Procedure:
5-10 min: Greeting
30 min: Reading the material and talking about the expressions and unknown words in the article
10 min: Break
40 min: Discussion

(talk in 2 groups of 4 in discussion - regroup)

6. I want to inform you that:
The meeting lasts 2 hours or so each week.

I don't force you to be present every week, but if you can, it would be greatly appreciated.
Each member takes turns in preparing reading material and related questions for discussion.
We all make grammatical errors while talking,

and sometimes look into dictionary for new vocabularies,
nevertheless, we have no problem in speaking and listening in English.
Nobody worries you for monitoring your performance, which feels very warm and easy.
We are close to each other, but the topic is controversial sometimes.
No qualification is required. Anybody around can join us.
If you can communicate in English and you like it, that's more than enough.
