부사절의 형태는?

-> "부사절 접속사 + 주어 + 동사"

   - Mr. Parker did not attend the meeting because he had another appointment.

   - They will invest in stocks because the current market is favorable.

부사절 접속사의 종류는?

 * 시간 - until(~할때까지), before(~하기전) after(~한 후에), when(~할 때), since(~한 이래로), while(~하는 동안)

 * 조건 - if(만약~라면), unless(만약~이 아니라면), as long as(~하는 한), in case(~의 경우에도), once(일단~하면)

 * 양보 - although(비로~이지만), evne though(비록~이지만), even if(비록~할지라도), while(~한 반면에)

 * 조건 - because(~이기 때문에), since(~이기 때문에)

 - We drank coffee before the seminar started.

 - Although Joe had not finished his work, he went home. 

 - He set up a business when he lived in America.

 - Please call me if you are interested.

01. 부사절 자리

 1. 부사절이 오는 자리

  - 주절 앞 : If you have any questions, please contact me.

  - 주절 뒤 : He set the alarm before he went to bed.

 2. 부사절 접속사 자리에 올 수 없는 것

      의미     /      부사절 접속사        / 전치사  

~ 하는 동안 /  while                       / during, for

비록~이지만/ althoufh, evne though / in spite of, despite

 ~ 때문에    / because, since         / because of, due to

 - Mr. Lee called me (during, while) I was at the meeting.

 - (Due to, Because) oil prices rose, our profirs dropped.

 - (Only, When) we work as a team, our productivity grows. *only는 부사

02. 부사절 접속사

 1. 시간 접속사

  - Lucus waited for her (if, until) the restaurant closed.

 2. 조건 접속사

   - We will not go (while, if) the weather is bad.

    * while 주어 동사 : 1. 주어가 동사하는 반면

                               2. 주어가 동사하는 동안에

 3. 양보 접속사

 - I exercise regularly (because, although) I am busy.

 4. 이유 접속사

 - (After, Since) he likes meeting people, Jim is in sales.

 - (After, Since) I like 짜장면, I opened a 중국집.

    * Since 주어 동사 : 1. 주어가 동사한 이후로 지금까지

                                2. 주어가 동사하기 때문에 (=because)  

형용사 어휘(3)

 - broad 폭넓은, 광범위한

   Mr. Wehn has a broad knowledge of finance.

 - sensitive 민감한

 - confidencial 기밀의

 Sensitive information should be handled with care. (with care= carefully)

 Confidencial documents must be dispposed of properly.

   * dispose of 명사       : 명사를 처리하다

   * be disposed of 부사 : 부사스럽게 처리되다  

 - complete 완전한, 완료된

 We guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products.

 + 포인트 complete (동사) 완료하다, 작성하다

                                     Please complete the transaction.

                                     Please complete the form.

 - outsatnding 두드러진, 현저한

 Profits were outstanding this quarter.

 - affordable 저렴한, 가격 등이 알맞은
