[문법]대명사

[어휘]명사어구

대명사에는 인칭대명사, 지시대명사, 부정대명사가 있습니다. 인칭대명사는 주격, 소유격, 목적격에 따라서 달라지기 때문에 각각을 외워야 합니다. 인칭대명사 가운데 재귀대명사는 특이한 케이스입니다. 재귀대명사가 성립하기 위해서는 조건이 있는데 주어와 목적어가 같아야 한다는 것입니다.

부정대명사는 먼저 ‘부정’이 무슨 의미인지 알아야 합니다. 처음 들었을 때는 무엇인가를 부정한다는 의미인지 알았는데 선생님이 그런 의미가 아니라 정해져있지 않다는 의미라고 하셨습니다. 부정대명사 중에 some과 any는 어렵지 않은데 one, other, another가 어렵습니다. 이걸 어떻게 구별해야 하는지 고민했는데 선생님이 색깔이 서로 다른 사탕의 개수를 세는 것을 예로 들어서 설명해주셔서 쉽게 이해할 수 있었습니다. 이렇게 헷갈리는 것은 쉬운 예문과 함께 살펴보아야 확실하게 알 수 있습니다.

어휘는 명사어구를 공부했는데 이 또한 대명사와 마찬가지로 문장 안에서 어떻게 사용되는지 알아야 문제를 쉽게 풀 수 있습니다. 명사어구 자체만 아는 것과 그것을 실제 문장에 적용하는 것 사이에는 차이가 있기 때문입니다.

①인칭대명사의 격에 따라 오는 자리

주격

She opened a new bank account.

목적격

소유격

②소유대명사

Ⅲ. 부정대명사

①some/any

긍정문 The printer has some problems.

②one/another/other

▶2개: one-the other

I have two candies.

한 캔디는 빨간색, 다른(나머지)캔디는 파란색

→ One candy is red, and the other candy is blue.

Jim bought two shirts. One is black and the other is white.

▶3개 이상: one- another - other(s)/the other(s)

I have many candies.

한 캔디는 빨간색, 또 하나의 캔디는 파란색+다른 캔디들은 초록색/나머지 캔디들은 초록색

→ One candy is red, and another candy is blue, other candies are green./the other candies are green.

The company has many branches.

One is in Florida, another is in New York and others are in California.

①대명사와 명사의 수일치

②대명사와 명사의 성일치
