【인칭대명사의 격】

3)타동사/전치사_____명사→ 소유격

【재귀대명사】=거울대명사

1)역할

* 사용 가능한 조건인지 우선 확인!

Gil likes him/her/me/them.→ 목적격

① 목적어 역할

☑Bill always treats himself to a coffee in the morning.(Bill=himself)

② 부사적 용법: 주어나 목적어 강조

※ 명령문에서 주어를 강조할 때는 ‘yourself’

2)재귀대명사 관련 관용 표현

by oneself(=on one’s own): 홀로, 혼자 힘으로

of itself: 저절로

in itself: 본질적으로

prove/show oneself to+동사원형: ~임을 증명하다

commit oneself to+명사/동명사: ~하는데 헌신하다

【지시대명사/지시형용사】

1)지시대명사

① this/that: 이것/저것

② these/those: 이것들/저것들

* that/those는 앞에 나온 명사를 대신해서 사용한다.

-‘~한 사람들’이란 의미로도 쓰인다.(⇒ 부정대명사)
