※명사는 문장내에서 주어, 목적어, 보어 자리에 온다.

※명사는 다음의 품사 앞이나 뒤에 주로 붙어 나온다.

복합명사-숙어처럼 암기

->check the contract information

※명사 자리에 동사, 형용사 등은 올 수 없다.

->Tax benefits can be used to promote (invest, investment) in small businesses.

세금 혜택은 소기업에 대한 투자를 촉진하기 위해 사용될 수 있다.

->They generally have plenty of data concerning their (industrial, industry).

그들은 일반적으로 그들이 속한 산업에 관련된 많은 자료를 갖고 있다.

2 가산 명사와 불가산 명사

※가산 명사는 반드시 앞에 관사가 오거나 복수형으로 쓰인다.

->I bought (jacket, a jacket, jackets) with fur trim at the department store.

※불가산 명사는 앞에 부정관사 a/an 이 올수 없고 복수형으로 쓰일수도 없다.

->I need (a cash, cashes, cash) for my trip.

※의미가 비슷하여 혼동하기 수운 가산명사와 불가산명사

3 한정사와 명사

※부정관사 a/an 은 단수 가산 명사 앞에만 온다.
