permit는 목적어로 to부정사를 취할 수 없어 permit toV 형태는 불가능하다고 알고 있습니다
그런데 네이버에 permit to라고 검색해보니
minor children do not need a study permit to study in Canada.
This means that a child can apply for residence permit to move to the parent in Sweden.
이렇게 permit to 형태가 오더군요
도대체 뭐가 맞는 거죠?
