The One of the most memorable training sessions I’ve I had was called named “Thankfulness and Happiness Sharing.”It was memorable because its content was unique. It was quite unique, so it really left a strong impression on me.The idea was to send a message with image.
When the project was completed, I felt really relieved.
I am working as a 2nd coach in the MVP department.
My main role is to teach new students and help them improve their skills.
My responsibilities include managing students and creating personalized lesson plans when I received lesson inquiries. inquiry,
I make lesson plan for each student.
Also, it is my job to prepare free trial lesson for new student.

I wrote about 100 thankfulness for things I was thankful for, such as my parents, and friends, and I gave it to them.
They expressed gratitude to me. When the training was completed,
I felt really warmness.They were touched and expressed their gratitude to me.

어려움을 겪었던 프로젝트
I worked on a parent consultation project last month.
While working on itthe project, I faced a big challenge: speaking confidently. had a problem with speaking.
I wasn’t confident with talking to parent and I didn’t know how to respond
to various situations. I wasn’t used to talking with parents, so I didn’t know how to respond in various situations, and honestly, I felt nervous. Luckily, I had came up with an idea.
While working on it

When the project was completed, I felt really relieved.
Instead of only speaking, I sent them messages with images to make my explanation clearer and easier to understand.
