This picture was taken in an office. What I notice first is a woman giving a speech.

The woman is wearing a pink cardigan and a black skirt. She is standing in the middle of the room, and she is holding a remote control. She seems to be explaining something.

On the left side of the picture, I can see three women listening to the speech. They are sitting on chairs, and they are all dressed in suits. They seem to be looking at some documents. I guess they are having a training session.

On the right side, there is a TV on a TV stand. And a small box is placed underneath the stand.

There is nothing in the back. Overall, everyone looks serious.

Doing outdoor activities like sports is definitely good for students. I have two reasons.

First, young students can make good relationships with their friends. As they play baseball or soccer together, they can get to know each other better and learn how to socialize. Friends mean a lot to young students, so they should learn how to get along with others.

Second, students get a lot of stress from their studies and exams. They can relieve their stress by exercising outdoors and can lift their spirits by exercising.

For example, when I was a high school student, I joined the soccer club at my school. We met once a week, played soccer in the morning, and had a nice meal after that. It is one of the good memories from my high school days.
