문제점 확인:
The store prepared promotional gifts for people purchasing more than 50 dollars at the store, but the t-shirts have already run out on the first day. You have no idea what to do.

해결책 :

Firstly, you could prepare some candies for every customer visiting your shop. Since it takes a long time to order a bunch of t-shirts with your store logos on them, the best thing you can do is to buy lolly pops from the local supermarket, and give them out as a gift.

Secondly, I really don’t like the idea of giving out coupons, but this time, it seems unavoidable.
You could give out a 5 percent discount coupon to customers spending more than 50 dollars in store.

Hopefully, they will come back and use it on their next purchase.

온라인 홍보 – You should put some advertisements on social networking sites, such as Facebook and Instagram.

쿠폰 제공 – You could send some coupons via email because customers usually capture online coupons and save them on their smart phones.

1. 회사 토픽 – “리더” 관련 문제 <난이도 상>

2. 진행바로보기

If I have a choice, I would like to work with a boss who is serious.

I have two reasons to support my opinion.

First, a boss who is serious tends to work more seriously, and he will do his best to create the best results with his team. This means, I can learn more professional skills from him, and I will get a lot of benefits by participating in his project as a team member.

Secondly, I don’t have to be responsive to his jokes.

For example, when I worked as an intern, my boss was very outgoing and he cracked jokes all times.

His jokes made me so uncomfortable, because he was not funny, and I forced myself to laugh at his joke. I couldn’t focus on my work.

Therefore, the boss who stays serious and calm helps employees work better.
