I do not think that people who are age of 16 should drive their own cars.
There are two reasons why I think so.
Firstly, people in age of 16 are immature to control their own feelings. They are likely to drive dangerously when they are angry or sad.
Secondly, if the teenagers are too interested in buying a car, they will ask parents for huge amount of money. And they will not concentrate on studying at school. In their age, it’s appropriate to ride bicycles or skateboards instead of the car.
A few days ago, I read a news article about a horrible car accident on the highway.
It was because the teenage driver was drunk.
