Most of all, they can save their time and they dont have to worry about how to wear

Also it improves work efficiency

If 너네 팀멤버들이 워크플레이스에서 자유롭게 캐쥬엏하게 옷입게 허용하면, make better work productivity할거야

Actually in my case when i worked as an internship, i dressed casually and it was really helpful cuz i didnt have to worry about how to wear.

That s why i think so.
