1. Time for Gathering : Currently, we're seeing each other at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays. 

                           But these days, the day time gets longer. So we may gather later than 6.

                           And under the agreement, we sometimes reschedule. It's flexible. 

2 Reason for Recruiting: We've started this meeting since Oct. last year. 

                             There has been 7 members until April. 

                             So, we were not able to accept members anymore. 

                             Now we're just 4 and we were very positive on accepting more members. 

                             You can join us now.

5. Procedure: 

   5-10 min: Greeting

   30 min: Reading the material and Talking about the expressions and unknown words in the article

   10 min: Break

   40 min: Discussion

6. I want to inform you that: 

   Each member prepares reading material and related questions for discussion. 

   We all make grammatical errors while talking and sometimes look into dictionary for new vocabularies, 

   nevertheless, we have no problem in speaking and listening in English. 

   Nobody worries you for monitoring your performance, which feels very warm and easy.

   We are close to each other, but the topic is controversial and sometimes we raise our voices before we know.

   No qualification is required. Anybody around can join us. 

   If you can communicate in English and you like it, that's more than enough.
