BOOF라는 이름을 가진
상급 영어 회화 모임입니다. :)

1년 정도 운영해온 모임이고 소수 모임으로 친목성도 강한 모임입니다. 단기간하고
끝내는 스터디라기보다는 영어로 이야기하기 좋아하는 사람들이 만나는 동호회같은 느낌이라고 생각하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

책, 영화, 신문 기사, 테드 강의 등등 다양한 주제를 가지고 영어로 토론과 대화를 통해 생각을 나누는 모임입니다.

매주 다른 주제를
정하고 영어로 모든 커리큘럼이 진행됩니다. 사회자는 미국교포 전 영어 강사가 역활을 맡고 있습니다.



1월 16일 부터 매주 토요일 오전 10:20am ~ 1pm 신촌에서 모입니다.

영어로 자신의 의견을 표현하시는 데에 문제가 없는 분들, 이야기하기 좋아하시는 분들

BOOF(Break out of Frames)

-      Introduction

BOOF(Break Out of Frames) is a new beginning group that is aimed for
breaking out of our boundaries of thinking. We all develop our own way of
thinking and living, but, at some points of our lives, we get stuck in one way
of thinking and stop exploring new ideas or knowledge. Through BOOF, we want to work together to
break these frames that make us locked up in a narrow way of thinking and be
able to appreciate life in its fullness.

In order to do so, we are trying
to form a group that share ideas together in various ways. We will be reading
books together or study ted videos, read various newspapers, watch movie and
share our opinions. Also, we will give a presentation about ideas, values or
insight you developed through experience or any part of your everyday life.

-      Purpose

Along with improving our English,
We want to develop critical thinking skills, broaden knowledge, and gain
insight by reading many different types of books in various fields, sharing different ideas and talking about
different perspectives we have.

-      Time/Venue

Every Saturday, 10:20 am ~ 1 pm,
at Sinchon(신촌)

-      Curriculum

Debate is hosted by former English
instructor

-Fluent in English

for study group
