Before i write this, i want to say "please understand my bad Eglish grammar skill and edit it if there's any wrong expression".

Since i made some foreign friends, i thoiught that my english skill is good enough as much as speak with foreigner fluently.

The reason why i thought that they waited me till i speak perfectly and they spoke slower compare with when they speak only foreigners.

And i recognized i'm speaking English well for sure.

But it doesn't.

Well... i'm a officer man who is moved from countryside city to seoul.

Almost a year passed and i haven't study since i stay here.

And i thought it goes something wrong.

I know that those of you who read this writing have studied pretty well and hard.
