Blaire, I’ve been thinking about what we discussed at our monthly meeting. We were talking about acquiring new customers. I’ve been doing some research and think we can generate more sales on Mobilia’s Web site.

I agree. Do you think we need to change it entirely? I’m concerned about the time it will take.

Actually, we could just update the home page. And maybe make a few other minor changes. We could hire a freelancer to do it for us. It shouldn’t cost too much.

OK. Why don’t you draft a detailed proposal for Ms. Henning and we can present it to her next week?

All right. I’ll get started on that later today. I’ll have something ready before we meet with her.

Great. Just keep in mind that we’ve already been given the marketing budget for the year. So, we won’t be able to spend more than has been allocated.
