Hello everyone,

As most of you know, we've got an event coming up four days from now at the Grisham Golf Club in Fairfield. This is going to be the club's annual banquet, so we'll need as many staff members as possible in attendance.

There are several dining specifications our company must meet. First, we must provide a vegetarian main course. This will be the lasagna, which has always been rated as the best non-meat item on our menu. We must also provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a special variety of wine called Grigio's. Finally, we must avoid serving anything with peanuts and walnuts, as some of the club members are apparently allergic to them.

The main event will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a meet-and-greet afterwards that could last until 10 or 11 p.m. We need to have at least five people manning the main food table at all times, and many more that will circulate around the room, serving guests and collecting empty plates. If you are not able to attend this event, please let me know now.
