An earthquake is a shaking of the earth's surface caused by a sudden burst of energy from the earth's crust. If an earthquake's magnitude is five or larger, it is usually measured on the "moment magnitude" scale; and if its magnitude is less than five, it is usually reported using the "Richter magnitude scale." The largest modern earthquake measured about 9.5, but there is no limit to an earthquake's possible magnitude. A major factor in an earthquake's destructiveness is the depth of its epicenter: the deeper the epicenter, the less damage the quake will have on the surface.

답이 d인건 알겠는데 b번에 almost nine 이라는 표현이 왜 틀린건가요???
