1. Describe your country’s geography for me

When it comes to My country, Korea. It is basically the peninsula, So we called our land is the Korean peninsula. I’ll explain about my contury’s geography.

According to one staticses, The Korean peninsula consists of 70% of the mountains, There are tons of mountains over the Korea. Among them, My favorite mountains is Hanlla Moutnrain. It’s not only the highest mountain of Korea, but also the most beautiful mountain of Korea. I like going on a trip to see changing leaves in Fall. The view of Hanlla mountain in Fall is breathtaking.

Additionally, My country is surrounded by three ocean “West sea” “East sea” “South sea”. Besides, There are lots of islands and beautiful beaches. Jeju Isle land is not only one of the most famous isle lands of Korea but also the first largest island of Korea. Many people in Korea like going on a water excursion

In short, My country is the peninsula surrounded by three oceans. Besides, there are tons of isle lands and mountains.

2. Tell me about the outdoor activities that are popular in your country

Like I mentioned, My country “Korea” is the peninsula mostly consisted of mountains and There are lots of beaches. So Lots of Koreans enjoy outdoor activities related to mountains and beaches. I’ll explain about it.

Basically, Korea has four distinct seasons “Spring” “Summer” “Fall” “Winter”. And people are doing different outdoor activities according to seasons.

In spring and Fall. Most Korean enjoy outdoor activates such as, Hiking, Rock Climbing, mountain biking and so on. Because the weather is pretty nice and cool for outdoor activities. I think riding an electric scooter is the most popular activity in spring and fall these days.

In summer, a lot of people go on a waterside excursion to beat the heat. So many beaches are extremely packed with holiday-goer and many people enjoy a dish shaved ice with red beans called 팥빙수 as well

In winter, A bunch of people hit the slopes in this season. When mountains start to be covered with snow, many ski resorts are packed with skier and snowboarder.

Overall, Most people in my country have enjoyed outdoor activities according to different seasons.

3. Tell me about an early memory of your country’s geography

Like I mentioned, There are a lot of beautiful beaches in my country Korea, and I remember that I went on a trip to the Uljin beach with my friends. Okay, Let me share about it.

 I took a trip to Uljin beach with my friends. Back then, One of my friends suggested going there so that we could have something yummy.

We ate snow crab there the last time. It’s a special product of Uljin In fact, I hadn’t eaten it before. Because it was in short and expensive supply due to over-harvesting in previous years. But one of my friends got an incentive for promotion. So He treated on it, thankfully. I was stuffing my face with seafoods including snow crabs.

After the hour, I got an upset stomach and felt nauseous. I was supposed to go to a bathroom over and over. I couldn’t stand for it anymore. I ended up asking my friends to take me to a local hospital quickly. Doctor examined my body and he said I had a food poisoning with seafoods. And then I got a shot and prescribed medicine. And I got back to my hotel. I had to take a rest all day long there

Since then, I've tried to eat seafoods much more carefully
