이유 1: 우리는 이미 서로의 성격과 능력을 잘 알고 있습니다.

이유 2: 이미 비슷한 문제를 해결해 보았기 때문에, 어떻게 일을 해야 하는지 알고 있습니다.

반대 :

이유 1: 우리는 새로운 사람들을 만남으로써 새로운 경험을 할 수 있습니다.

이유 2: 하나의 문제에 대하여 같은 방법으로 문제를 해결하지 않고, 새로운 방식을 시도해볼 수 있습니다.

I have to disagree that working with the people you have worked with for a long time is more effective for several reasons. . (첫번째 이유) First of all, if you work with new people, you can instantly feel fresh and active. Although you need time to get along and be familiar with them, as you get to know them, you will be able to expand your view and change your perspective to solve the problems. (두 번째 이유)Also, if you work with the same people over and over, you might know each other well, but you cannot find new ways to solve the situation or improve your circumstance. It is boring and it will not increase the productivity. However, if you work with new people. You can always find a brand new way to solve the problems. When I was working with several people that I haven’t worked with before in college projects, they always give brilliant ideas I would never thought of. (마무리) These are the reasons why I disagree with the statement above.
