- 사람들이 많을 경우, 각각 어디에 위치해있는지 미리 설명해주고 그 인물들을 묘사하시면 더 좋습니다.

- 그룹화는 사람들의 행동이 기준입니다.

- 주변 대상은 밖에서 볼 수 있는 사물들의 어휘를 많이 익히고 그 각각의 어휘들을 어떻게 표현할 것인가를 평소에 연습하시면 큰 도움이 됩니다.

- 시간 항상 체크하면서 일정 시간이 지나가면 주변묘사, 느낌, 날씨 등 준비된 템플릿을 말해주세요.

This picture is taken on the street in the afternoon. The first thing I notice is many people walking on the street. In the foreground of the picture, there is a man wearing casual clothes and a back pack. On the right side, there are two people enjoying their brunch and next to them, a man is taking an order from his customer. On the right side of the picture, there is a ride for children, its color is blue, and has the shape of a plane. There are lots of buildings standing along the street. The last time I received the phone call was last Wednesday, and it was from my supervisor. She asked me some solutions for the company’s current issue.

The best time to call your coworkers or friends is in the morning. During that time, people are usually more awake and thinking faster, however, after lunch, people start getting tired and sometimes make wrong decisions.

어떤 날이 아니라 어떤 시간입니다. 항상 문제 푸시면서 시간 뿐 아니라 문제를 보시면서 내가 정확하게 잘 대답하고 있는지 느껴주세요.

~의 단점?

There are several disadvantages of calling your friends instead of sending email. First, since you need to give the immediate answer to the question, you cannot think about certain questions for enough time. Also, because you cannot see the person’s face, you may give wrong impression while talking on the phone. However, you can always recheck and revise what you need to say if you’re sending emails.

Let me see. Well, there are two workshops that you can participate in. the first session is about effective ways to improve your garden, it will be held at 11 am. After lunch, Padma will give a lecture about life cycles of animals and plants. From 1 to 3 pm.

말해줘야 하는 정보가 두가지 뿐이므로 최대한 디테일하게 설명해줍니다.

(인사 및 문제 정리) Hello, this is Mike from advertising department. I just received your message and understand that you have some problems with the new concert location due to the traffic congestion and lack of parking space.

(주 해결 방안 제시) Well, I’ll be more than happy to help you! I’m glad to say that we are planning to print the tickets with a note saying that there will be a serious traffic jam and visitors are recommended to take public transit to our location. (두 번째 해결방안-부가적) also, I have contacted several private parking lots near the location, we can make contracts for that day, so we don’t have to worry about the parking space. I can send the list to you via email right away.

단점 서술하기

Question 11.

이유 1: 서로 잘 모르기 때문에 적응을 해야 함으로 일에 집중할 수 없습니다.  

이유 2: 일을 같이 해본 경험이 없어서 계속 설득하고 아이디어를 공유해야 합니다.

In my opinion, there are several disadvantages of working with various people instead of working with the same people for a long time. (첫 번째 근거) The main disadvantage is that since you don’t know each other well, you need time to adjust to each other’s character. You need to find if they are clicking with you well, or not. So you may not concentrate on your work. (두 번째 근거) Moreover, since you haven’t shared the history of working, you cannot have the way how you have been solving the problem and crisis. To be specific, you always have to give the ideas and persuade to follow your decisions when there is a conflict. However, if you have solved the problem together before, you don’t need to worry, but choose that way you did last time. These are several disadvantages of working with various people instead of working with the same people for a long time.
