In the office, there are other tables and
chairs, and I see a big window in the back, but I can’t clearly see the outside

I think it is
positive that schools are requiring students to participate in volunteering
activities.  

I have two main
reasons to support my answer.

Firstly, students
can experience the world out of school and learn the value of helping others. They
will understand that they can realize their dreams by studying and they can
contribute to society later on. These will motivate students to study hard.

Secondly, by
participating in such programs, students will get more involved in school
activities.

For example, when I
was a high school student, I used to hang around with only two friends.
However, after participating in school volunteering activities, I got close to
the rest of my classmates and my school life got even happier. That’s it
