What I notice first is three people sitting at the table.

Behind them, there is a man who is wearing glasses, and he is reading a magazine. They are sitting under the big parasol, but I guess they do not know each other.

Um I get to my work on foot, and it takes less than 10 minutes. The best thing about living close to my work is that I can enjoy workout or some leisure activities after work, because I can save a lot of time on commuting.

Easy access to the public transportation is the most important factor for me to consider when choosing where to live.

As you know, losing weight is everyone’s issue nowadays, and we will be able to attract more customers.

(LEVEL 8) Advanced:

Firstly, I suggest that we offer free personal training programs for people who recently joined our gym. Maybe, new members had no idea how to work out in the gym. And, here is another option; we could offer them a free dietary consultation. As you know, losing weight is everyone’s issue nowadays, and we will be able to attract more customers. There are some disadvantages of allowing employees to work at home.

First of all, when working at home, most people won’t be able to focus on their work, because there are so many distractions at home, such as interesting TV programs and noises made by family members! Thus the work efficiency will seriously decrease.

Another reason is that employees can’t communicate with each other, so they can’t get a wide range of perspectives through many short and long meetings. And it causes a less comprehensive understanding of the project. So the result cannot be successful.

For example, one of my co-workers worked at home occasionally, and she often missed my calls related to our team project. The incident like this was not very pleasant.

Therefore, the companies shouldn’t allow their employees to work at home.
