In my opinion, it is better to advertise the position to the general public, and bring new people to the office.
I have two main reasons to support my opinion.
Firstly, companies always need new ideas. Hiring new professionals leads to positive changes which result in great achievements.
Secondly, not all employees work hard. Companies have to keep recharging new energy and replace some lazy employees with outstanding ones.
For example when I worked in the previous company, the new boss was hired. His way of work improved our work efficiency and I could learn a lot from him. Moreover, he suggested some methods which the rest of us couldn’t think (of). So our team was very successful, and everyone was satisfied.
That’s it.
