This picture was taken at the parking lot, what I notice first is three women doing their things. 

One woman who has blond hair is standing at the back of her car. She is bending over and trying to unload something from the trunk. In the middle, another woman is standing next to the rear door. Also um ~ the other woman on the right is loading her bicycle onto the car bike rack. She seems to be concentrating. I guess they do not know each other. 

In the background, many cars are parked and I see some trees. 

Everything in this picture seems peaceful ~

I think there are some bad points of allowing high school students to bring their mobile phones to school. Here are some bad points. 

Firstly, if a student is allowed to possess a phone at school, then it will have negative effects on his studying. High school students are still just young, so they are lack of self control and may addicted to mobile games or sending text messages. 

Secondly, young students tend to compare themselves with others, so that students may want better and more expensive phones to win their friend’s admiration. 

For example, when I was a teenager, smart phones did not exist! We used to play physical activities together, and we really enjoyed our school life! 

For these reasons, I think there are bad sides of allowing high school students to have phones at school.
