job satisfaction.

Supervisors
have more experience at the work place. For example, if I work with a skillful
supervisor and have a good relationship, he can teach me what he learned from
his work experience. It might be very helpful for me to work effectively and to
do my work successfully. Also, if I have a good and close relationship with my
supervisor, the supervisor will appreciate my work and it influence to my career
and promotion.

(결론)Therefore,
I think that relationships with supervisors have influence more to a person’s
job satisfaction.
