First, you have to create an instructional video. Since insturctional video is visual and easy to understand, they will have chance to understand the new policy easily. Also, these days people are connected to internet allthe time, so they will have chance to look the video

Secondly, why dont you send email or text messages to the employers실수 to make sure that they are 절음 well informed.

I disagree with the statement that sleeping is the best way to relieve stress. I have two reasons ti support my opinion
First, in my case, when i get exhausted or stressful, i meet my best friend kelly. 버퍼링we have been friends for a long time, so i feel comfortable with her. To me, sleeping plenty of time is useless.
Also,절음 secondly, plenty of sleep doesnt means relieving stress. Sometimes people might be매우절음 energy, have enr,people might get energetic with the interaction between people. Having conversation might be revitalize 버퍼 the body relieve stress
