When I bought my laptop, I read customer review on the Internet. At that time, I could compare the prices of similar kinds of laptops. Also, I could get other practical information such as functions of the products. I could buy the best one for me and I am satisfied with my laptop.

Second, I can experience the products and services indirectly. Customer review shows me how the products actually work. So it helps me find out the details of the products before I buy and experience them myself.
