It was so cute. I wish I could raise a pet animal. Because, my wife and son don't like animals, they kind of fear them. As to me, it's the opposite. I love to pet animals no matter what they are, even insects, birds, reptiles etc.  but NOT roaches Ick !

Actually, I had ever kept a hedgehog several years ago. At that time, my wife and I lived separately for her job and my son was too little to be aware of his fear. But the animal was not as nice as I expected, because of its nocturnal and cowardly behaviors, I rarely saw and touched it. I was very disappointed. Practice is so far from reality.
