Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. The organization's membership exceeds 358,000 in more than 16,800 clubs in 143 countries. Since 1924 It has many clubs in Korea, too. We are staring a new club in Uijeongbu .We would like to start the very first Uijeongbu Toastmasters meeting on 3:00PM, 29th September, 2019.

During the meeting, we speak only in English. There are 3 main sessions. The first session is prepared speech session. In the session, designated speakers are delivering speech. The second session is table topic session. This session is controlled by table topic master and the master is going to ask participants some questions. The last session is evaluation session. There are evaluators who are appointed to evaluate the prepared speakers' speech. They are going to deliver an evaluation speech.

You can improve your speaking skills, listening skills and writing skills in our club. Also, you can develop an impromptu speech skill in the table topic session. Moreover, you can meet many good people who have various background because we don't care wherever you are from, how old you are, however you are good at English. We always welcome you if you are interested in studying English and develop leadership skills.

You need to pay room fee in order to attend our meeting. The fee is 5000won. Please don’t forget it.
