We invite you to Gen-Z and millennials English meet-up at the Economic Salon!

1. Meetup Introduction

We meet at the TOZ Study Café located at the Gangnam station Exit 3 every Saturday from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm. Every discussion leader does not get paid, and we are paying what we have received in the past forward to the constituents within this country of South Korea.

We study newspaper articles and try to improve our speaking ability. Anyone including super beginners to those in the advanced level is welcome to join!

Some of our discussion leaders belong at foreign organizations within this country or perform tasks on a daily basis requiring English proficiency.

We believe that it is more productive and effective to meet as a group and study instead of flying solo!

3. Meeting Organization

When: Every Saturday from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm

Where: TOZ Study Café, Gangnam station Exit 3

Procedure: We watch a YouTube or TED video and discuss freely about our beliefs, opinions, values, and paradigms. We also expose ourselves to different globalized contents by reading works produced by global leaders and studying globalized cultures. As we have discussed above, anyone from a super beginner to those in the advanced level is welcome to join!

Please be reminded that we are a non-profit. Every discussion leaders including those outside of the English meetup do not get paid. The only fee for being a part of this group is to split the cost for using the conference rooms at the TOZ Study Café.
