Leading a discussion & 5 minute Speech

We are looking for a new member who wants to practice English by delivering a short speech and leading a discussion. (For your information, five members are joining the study at the moment.)

The following are details of the study.

1. Materials : Free topics

2. Procedure :

+ 1st session (Leading a Group Discussion) 20:00-21:30 : 

Each member is supposed to lead a group discussion with the topic he/she brings. The role of a topic leader is, literally, to lead the group discussion by giving some background knowledge if there is something other members need to know, explaining some difficult words or terms, asking questions, and so on. Every member will do this procedure taking turns. For time management, three or four topics are usually covered weekly.

In short, all of member bring their own topics and lead a group discussion one by one. 

+ 2nd session (5 minutes speech) 21:30-22:00 : 

Each member has 5 minutes to deliver a short speech in front of other members in a formal way.

3. Location : The Study room near by Gang-Nam station

4. Time : Every Tuesday evening (20:00 ~ 22:00)

5. Cost : \ 3,000 per a person.

We talk only in English during the study session so that a certain level of English is required. For the reason, there will be a short English interview on the phone to see if you are a beginner or not. From my experience, it is pretty hard for a beginner to follow the study. Please understand this.

But do not need to feel burden too much. It would be enough to study together if you can express your own ideas on a certain issue in English. On top of that, it would be perfect if you want to broaden your knowledge by using English.
