I eat candies almost every day. These days, my team is working on a product demonstration project, so we are so busy! And, eating candies helps me relieve stress!

If I wanted to buy some candies, I would just go to the convenience store nearby my house or my work! As you know, we can find convenience stores everywhere!

When choosing candies, I check their nutritional information! 

Well firstly, I think it is okay to eat some sugar, but I hate some candies that contain food preservatives, so I check if there is anything harmful to my health.

Secondly, I prefer candies that provide vitamins! I think it is really good, because we can keep ourselves healthy and get some energy from it.

I strongly believe that people can improve their leadership skills.

Firstly, the leadership can be taught by going through different kinds of projects over many years. 

By doing so, he or she would have well-rounded knowledge in their field, and they can suggest a direction to their employees. 

Secondly, a person who has a lot of experience usually knows how to make people work, and he creates a vibrant office atmosphere! 

For example, I have a friend and she has been working in her company for 20 years. In the past, she used to be a shy person, but now she is a strong leader. Because, she went through many projects and met many people in her field, so she became stronger and she gained a leadership skill.
