I agree with the statement that technology has made it difficult for
people balance~. There are a couple of reasons.

First of all, with the development of technology people have to work
anytime anywhere. They can attend the meeting and study early in the morning or
late at night. Of course they can work outside of their office.

In addition, even they take a break … even they take a break… when
they take a break, they are addicted to use smartphone or tablet computer(명사
와야 함).
