Well, the first person I see is a man. He is wearing a backpack and he is talking on the phone. Behind him, there are two people sitting on the bench. One woman is working on her laptop, and another man with blond hair is reading a book. They seem to be concentrating.

In the background, I see a large fountain, and water is spraying out of the fountain. Not only that, there are other students walking around and

Yes, the managers should interact with employees --------------------------. 

There are some reasons why I think so.

Firstly, if a manager communicates with his team, he would see better results due to excellent teamwork. He would know how to deal with different opinions of other team members, and come up with the best response. This teamwork will also lead to a friendly atmosphere of workplace. 

Secondly, the employees wouldn’t want to leave the company because they love working there. Therefore the company wouldn’t have to worry about losing talented employees. 

For example, I have a friend and his manager communicates with employees casually, so all the employees work hard and really enjoy what they do. Everyone is so loving and caring. That’s it.
